Chalet Gentiane - Spacious 5-Bedroom Ski Chalet with Stunning Views in Morzine
Chalet Gentiane is a delightful 5-bedroom ski chalet that comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Ideally located just a short drive from the centre of Morzine, the chalet benefits from a ski bus stop right outside, providing easy access to the slopes.
The chalet offers spectacular views over the valley and towards Avoriaz and is positioned below the green ski piste 'Retour des Nants.' While you can ski directly down to the Pleney telecabine, please note that accessing the piste requires a short climb of approximately 50 metres up the bank behind the chalet.
The first floor features an expansive open-plan living area with a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room is designed for relaxation, with a cozy corner sofa positioned in front of a fireplace. Large windows lead out to a terrace, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and are connected to the chalet's balcony. The living area also features a Smart TV with English and French channels, a docking station for your devices, and free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor, the spacious garage provides plenty of room to store your ski equipment, and there’s a shoe dryer to ensure your boots are dry for the next day's adventures.
The chalet’s five bedrooms are spread across three levels. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a separate bathroom. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. A shared bathroom with a shower and a separate WC serves these rooms.
For ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes, the basement features a sauna, perfect for easing tired muscles.
Jo will personally greet you on arrival and is available throughout your stay to assist with any questions or recommendations. The chalet will be immaculately clean, with all beds made and fresh linens and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning is also included in the price of your stay.
Chalet Gentiane is located on the Route des Nants, just a 5-minute drive (or shuttle ride) from the lively centre of Morzine. The free ski bus stops right outside the chalet, making it easy to reach the ski lifts and other attractions.

On the outskirts of Morzine there is a large roundabout by Hotel Savoie, take the first exit signposted MORZINE
Continue on this road into MORZINE.
After about a kilometre, the road forks. Take the righthand road - ROUTE DE JOUX PLAN
Follow this road along the Pleney to the roundabout. Take the last exit and the road turns right behind the Sporting Hotel.
Continue up this road and through an S bend.
After the S bend, continue driving up the hill. You will pass bins on your lefthand side.
There is a plot of 6 chalets located on the right. Chalet Gentiane is the first one, just set back from the road, number 950.
