Renovated to a high standard in 2014, this stylish apartment sits on the first floor of a private family chalet and offers spacious, homely accommodation across three levels – it feels more like a house than an apartment!

Just a short stroll from the centre of Montriond, you’ll find a welcoming gastro-pub, local restaurant, and quaint village shops. Located on the sunny south side of the valley, it’s a peaceful setting that’s still just 5 minutes by car or free bus from the bustling Morzine centre. The bus to the Ardent télécabine – your gateway to the vast Portes du Soleil ski area – stops right at the end of the driveway and runs every 30 minutes during winter.

• Bedroom 1: Located on the main level, this spacious room features large windows opening onto a balcony with breathtaking views of Mont Chéry. It includes two single beds that can be configured as a king-size double, plus an ensuite shower room with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

• Bedroom 2: Just off the lounge, this bedroom also offers flexible bed arrangements (twin or king-size) and a private ensuite shower room with cosy underfloor heating.

• Bedroom 3: Up a short staircase, this charming family room includes a double bed and a built-in single platform bed – great for kids. It too has a private ensuite shower room.
